Angelica B. Carreon-Beltrán
Angelica B. Carreon-Beltrán is an experienced attorney focusing her practice on family law and federal and state criminal defense. In 2006, Ms. Carreon-Beltrán was named a "Texas Rising Star" by Texas Monthly and Super Lawyers magazine, an honor given to top up-and-coming attorneys in each state. Her additional honors include receiving a President's Award of Merit from the Texas Young Lawyer's Association and being named Young Lawyer of the Year by the El Paso Young Lawyer's Association.
Ms. Carreon-Beltrán is a Texas native and is proud to be an active member of the El Paso community. She has served as a board member, president, and committee member for several professional and community organizations, and is a mentor and role model to children through the Project Change Mentor Program. In addition, Ms. Carreon-Beltrán is an avid community speaker and has lectured for the University of Texas at El Paso, the National Business Institute, and the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She is licensed to practice in Texas and New Mexico.

Hector A. Beltrán
Hector A. Beltrán is an experienced attorney providing legal services in state criminal defense and acting as outside general counsel for small to mid-sized businesses. Mr. Beltrán has expertise in a wide range of business issues, including contract review, employment defense, deceptive trade practice defense, collections, transportation and logistics law, and general civil and commercial litigation. In recognition of his work, the El Paso Young Lawyer's Association recently named him as Outstanding Young Lawyer.
Mr. Beltrán has a long family history in his hometown of El Paso, and is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. He has served as a member of boards of directors for numerous community organizations, is a frequent lecturer for employment law seminars, and is a past-President of the El Paso Young Lawyers Association. Mr. Beltrán is licensed to practice in Texas. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
